Dionne M. Soares, PA-C, has been a board-certified physician assistant practicing clinically since 2001. Dionne M. Soares, PA-C, is a graduate of the Howard University Physician Assistant Program, Class of 2000. She continued her education to earn her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2003 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Since the beginning of her career, Dionne M. Soares, PA-C, has been passionate about working in obstetrics, gynecology, and overall women’s health. Dionne M. Soares, PA-C, feels very fortunate that as a Physician Assistant, she can engage with patients and have the opportunity to engage students as faculty at the Howard University Physician Assistant Program. As a clinician, Dionne M. Soares, PA-C, is dedicated to providing compassionate care to women across the age spectrum. In her words, “I feel blessed that I am working in a field I love and am passionate about. I enjoy listening and engaging with patients as we work together to navigate and discuss options to address their medical concerns.” Dionne M. Soares, PA-C, has provided care to patients in DC and Maryland communities while practicing clinically in inpatient and outpatient settings – Providence Hospital, Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, and Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center.
Dionne M. Soares, PA-C, enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and traveling in her spare time.
