Dr. Biaggi Hernandez earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico. He completed his medical internship at Manatí Medical Center in Puerto Rico and went on to complete his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Texas Tech University Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. His training provided extensive experience in both routine and high-risk obstetric and gynecologic care.
