Debby Finch is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In 2012 she began
her career as an RN and has acquired experience in the following:

• ER
• Med-Surg
• Women’s and Infants’ Health (inpatient and outpatient)
• Chronic Disease Management (certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist)
• Executive leadership and quality control

Her focus has always been on helping patients achieve optimal health through prevention and disease management. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Arizona State University and a Master’s Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix. Debby is motivated to help others move toward vitality and well-being and away from the belief that illness and aging must simply be endured. She continues her education by staying up to date with the latest research, attending seminars, and taking every opportunity to be a lifelong learner. She has experience in endocrine and hormone management, IV therapy, and nutritional education.

Debby’s mission is to provide compassionate care through shared decision-making. Therefore, she is committed to listening to her patients about their health and wellness in order to achieve optimal results.

When Debby is not collaborating with patients, she most enjoys spending time traveling and finding adventure with her family. Other enjoyable activities include hiking, camping, beach outings, reading, home renovations, landscaping, and road cycling.
