Angela is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She also holds certifications in electronic fetal monitoring, neonatal resuscitation, and basic life support. She is an active member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Society for Colonoscopy and Cervical Pathology, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Angela was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and received her associate degree in nursing from Hillsborough Community College. She continued her education at South University and earned her master’s degree in nursing. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of nursing fields including women’s urgent care and labor and delivery.
Angela is fluent in English and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and going on vacations.
