Dr. Rebenack is an ob-gyn in Southpoint.

He was born in Passaic, New Jersey, in 1955. At the age of 16, he and his family moved to Jacksonville, Florida, where he continues to call home. After receiving degrees in Biology and Chemistry, he graduated from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida, and completed his residency in OB/GYN at the University of Florida Jacksonville Health Education Program in 1990. Since then, he has been in private practice and is a founding partner of his Jacksonville practice location.

For the highest quality of medical care and the safety of his patients, Dr. Rebenack’s office utilizes computerized medical records.

Dr. Rebenack performs in-office surgical procedures such as hysteroscopy and the Novasure Ablation for the comfort and convenience of his patients. Ultrasounds are offered in the office during pregnancy to capture once-in-a-lifetime views of patients’ babies as they are getting ready to come into the world.

Dr. Rebenack is married and has five children. In his leisure time, he enjoys traveling, woodworking, cooking, dancing, and spending time with his family.
