Dr. Katie Dahlgren is a board-certified Naturopathic Physician. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology/pre-med with a minor in psychology at Gonzaga University. In 2007, she graduated from the vigorous 4-year doctorate program in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University. Dr. Dahlgren then completed a 3-year clinical residency with Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, Ph.D.
Dr. Dahlgren specializes in the treatment of chronic infections and neurological disorders in patients of all ages. She has over 15 years of experience providing highly individualized care to patients with complex chronic illness. She supports pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, and infectious conditions including autism, developmental delays and PANDAS/PANS. Her adult patients have diverse health goals from anti-aging medicine to Lyme disease and mold illness. Her unique treatment protocols include nutritional support, dietary interventions, herbal medicine, hormone therapy, detoxification support, homeopathy, energy medicine, pharmaceutical medications, and lifestyle recommendations. She has extensive experience with a variety of injection techniques including perineural injections for acute and chronic pain, PRP for both aesthetic and orthopedic indications and intravenous therapies.
She loves creating custom protocols tailored specifically to each patient’s health goals and lifestyle. She strives to create and maintain a therapeutic relationship of mutual respect where patients feel heard and valued. She is committed to lifelong learning and makes it a priority to frequently attend conferences and lectures that benefit her patients through interactions with experts in the rapidly growing and evolving field of integrative medicine. She has also had the privilege of lecturing for national conferences including The Forum for Integrative Medicine and The Autism Community in Action.
