Dr. Rachel Kramer, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with over 25 years of experience. She graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine with honors and completed her residency program at Yale-New Haven Hospital. She has appeared on the Today Show and is the co-author of Fit Health Pregnancy.
