Renee Gudgel began her nursing career in 2010 with a BSN from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor in Texas. She hit the ground running with an Emergency Nurse residency program from Scott & White Memorial Hospital in their level one trauma center. She is a Certified Emergency Nurse as well as TNCC Certified. She loved the emergency department, and traveled to many ERs in Texas and Oklahoma including Mercy, St. Francis, Integris and finally OUMC.
In 2015 she completed her MSN from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center with an Advanced Practice Nurse degree as Clinic Nurse Specialist. As a CNS, her patient population is adolescent to adult for the ambulatory to acute care setting. She worked as an Emergency Provider at OUMC until 2019.
In 2018, Renee began her training and education in medical aesthetics and practiced cosmetic injections as a part time endeavor while remaining in the ER. This soon grew into a wonderful business and she completed her time in the ER to keep up with the clientele of Gudgel Aesthetics.
During her time growing her practice, she has continued education in advanced aesthetics adding many new procedures and techniques to her services. She has trained under some of the best cosmetic injectors and surgeons in the country. She has in turn trained other novice injectors and continues to mentor injectors through her practice. Renee believes in empowering others through encouragement and support. She loves every one of her clients and gives 150% of the best care to each one.
Renee is married to the handsome and talented Jason Gudgel. They have 5 children and are very active in their church congregation. She enjoys teaching her 1st and 2nd grade Bible class, going to the movies with the family, and being outdoors – when it’s not freezing cold.
